How do you print your weight loss journal?

Your files come combined in .ZIP format which you will download to your computer and unzip (If your computer does not already have an unzipping utility, simply do a quick web search. You should be able to find a free app.). Then you simply open the .pdf files and print them at home or you can email/take them to your favorite copy and print shop.

Load 8 1/2 X 11″ paper into your printer and click to print. For best results, print on the Fine or High Resolution setting. Please remember that colors can vary from monitor to monitor and printer to printer. The color you see on your screen may not look exactly the same as the printed version.
